Preferred format: Excel

Assembly drawing and/or notes as follows:
• Soldering process (tin/lead, lead-free, full RoHS compliance)
• Flux type (water soluble, RMA, other)
• Conformal coat requirement, if any
• Chip firmware programming
• Functional testing
• In-circuit testing
• Location designators (if not provided on BOM AND Gerber file)
• Gerber files and related drawings (fab, panelization, etc)
• Special instructions (component height, adjustment, etc)

Acceptable formats: PDF, Gerber, DWG, DXF
